Lily Donalson, the first British name to jump into supermodel stardom since Kate Moss, is a Londoner through and through. Born and raised in Kentish Town, NW London, she grew up in a “very artist household” (her father is photographer Matthew Donaldson, her grandfather Pop artist Antony Donaldson, and her great-uncle is Fleetwood Mac legend Mick Fleetwood) and it all came into shape upon being discovered by a model agency scout whilst sheltering under an awning at Camden Market. A decade and countless contracts later, here’s what keeps her camera ready. SKINCARE “I love Estee Lauder Pore Minimizer and Repair Perfectionist, they really work for me. Advanced Night Repair Serum is also really good—and I also love Kiehl’s and Avene from France as they don’t have too much scent. And I use [Bioderma‘s] Crealine, too, but everybody uses that. I also just found the most amazing lip balm. It’s on a stick and it smells kind of like almonds. It’s the best thing ever. It looks like it’s medicated but it’s not! I can’t remember the brand name but it’s short and stubby and I need to buy some more. When flying, I make sure to drink extra water and moisturise regularly. At the moment I love Biotherm’s Skin Vivo Uniformity Texture & Tone Reversive Moisturizer.” FITNESS “I’m not a big fan of the gym and I prefer to exercise outside whenever possible. I horse ride quite often and I also like doing Pilates and swimming.” THE BOTTOM LINE “I think it’s really important to get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water. I also always make sure I remove my make-up before bed.” Share the post "In the Bag: Lily Donaldson, model" FacebookTwitterShare… Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
